Chimichurri Sauce

This Chimichurri Sauce is my go-to sauce for grilled and barbecued chicken, pork or fish. It’s the perfect condiment that I always keep in my fridge. Just spoon it over your favorite meats and the flavor is out of this world!

  • Serves 4 people
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Red Onion  chopped finely
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic  chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro  chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley  chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Orgeano  chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon Red Bell Pepper  cut into small dice
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Light Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper  to taste

Procedure

  1. Combine the red onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley, oregano, red bell pepper, red wine vinegar and olive oil in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well blended. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
