Chimichurri Sauce
This Chimichurri Sauce is my go-to sauce for grilled and barbecued chicken, pork or fish. It’s the perfect condiment that I always keep in my fridge. Just spoon it over your favorite meats and the flavor is out of this world!

Red Bell Pepper
cut into small dice

Red Wine Vinegar

Light Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine the red onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley, oregano, red bell pepper, red wine vinegar and olive oil in a medium mixing bowl.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well blended. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
