The Best Creamy Shrimp Alfredo

The ultimate comfort food, featuring tender, juicy shrimp tossed in a rich, velvety sauce, this is by far the best Creamy Shrimp Alfredo I have created. An easy shrimp pasta recipe, it’s irresistibly indulgent and delivers restaurant-quality flavor right from your own kitchen.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 350 grams Fettuccine
  • 500 grams Shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Light Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tsp Garlic, chopped finely
  • 2 tsp Red Onion, chopped finely
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped finely
  • Pinch of Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

PROCEDURE:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, set it aside.
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Melt the butter and then sauté the garlic and onions. 
  3. Add the deveined shrimps. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream and simmer until thickened.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and pour the parmesan cheese. Season it with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  7. To add some spice and flavor, sprinkle some smoked paprika and parsley.
  8. Transfer it to a serving plate. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and parsley on top. Serve while hot.
