Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Red Onion chopped finely
- 2 teaspoons Garlic chopped finely
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped finely
- 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Orgeano chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon Red Bell Pepper cut into small dice
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 3/4 cup Light Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the red onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley, oregano, red bell pepper, red wine vinegar and olive oil in a medium mixing bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well blended. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
