Instructions
Pineapple Mango Salsa
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for pineapple mango salsa.
Season with salt.
Keep in the fridge until ready to use.
Shrimp Tacos
Using a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
Sauté the garlic until it starts to color.
Put the shrimps in and fry for few seconds.
Add the chili powder, paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper and sauté for few seconds or until aromatic.
Season the shrimps with salt and pepper and continue to cook until tender.
Transfer the shrimps onto a serving plate.
Heat tortillas on a griddle or an oven toaster.
Assemble shrimp tacos with pineapple mango salsa and iceberg lettuce.
Serve with sour cream.
