Instructions
Marinate the tuna steaks in garlic, light olive oil, and lemon juice for 30 minutes. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
Meanwhile, start preparing the salad. Using a mixing bowl, add the cherry tomatoes, red onions, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Stir in the feta cheese into the mixture. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Prepare the asparagus. Trim its hard, woody ends.
Using a large frying pan. Heat light olive oil to medium heat. Add asparagus cook until lightly browned and softened, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Season it with salt and pepper. Set it aside.
Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Using the same pan, add more light olive oil and turn on the heat to medium. Place the tuna steaks and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
Divide the tuna steaks, asparagus and cherry tomato salad into 4 serving plates. Serve while hot.
