Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Strawberry Mango Salsa
Prepare all the ingredients for strawberry mango salsa. Combine everything into a medium bowl. Season with salt. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
Balsamic Glaze
Combine balsamic vinegar, raw honey, and garlic in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Divide the balsamic mixture into two. Let it cool and reserve the other half for glazing the salmon once it is cooked.
