Strawberry Mango Salsa

This sweet and tangy refreshing salsa is a great side dish for summer! The flavor of this salsa perfectly blends with fish, seafood and any type of meat.

  • Serves 3 people
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Fresh Strawberries  cut into medium dice
  • 1 cup Ripe Mango  cut into medium dice
  • 1 Medium Red Onion  cut into small dice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • tablespoons Fresh Cilantro  chopped coarsely
  • Pinch Kosher Salt  to taste

Procedure

In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, mango, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro. Season well with salt.

This salsa is best eaten on the day itself. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
