Creamy Strawberry Popsicle

Popsicles have never tasted this good!

These Creamy Strawberry Popsicles are filled with strawberry goodness down to the last bite or lick,

whichever way you prefer eating them.

  • Serves 8 people
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Strawberries  coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Caster Sugar

Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture in popsicle mold. Insert the popsicle sticks in each popsicle. Freeze overnight.

recipe notes

  1. Use popsicle sticks instead of the plastic ones that are included with the molds.
  2. When unmolding the popsciles, let it sit in room temperature for 5 minutes. Then pull it gently without forcing them out.
  3. Once the popsicles are unmolded, wrap individually in wax paper and freeze again for 30 minutes. It will help hold their shape better and avoid it melting quickly.
  4. Popsicles can last for 4 weeks in the freezer, wrapped up in cling wrap or a container.
