Ingredients
- 4 pcs Corn on the Cob husks removed
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter softened
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese finely grated
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 pc Lime cut into 4 wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the grill on medium heat.
- Brush corn cobs with butter and evenly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Once preheated, place corn cobs on the grill, turning every 3-5 minutes or until cooked and slightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove corn from grill and slather mayonnaise on each corn. Season with parmesan cheese, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- The texture of grilled corn is different from boiled corn. The kernels will deflate a bit but they will still remain juicy.
- If you want to keep its plumpness, you can boil the fresh corn cobs in their husks over medium-high heat and grill it until they charred on all sides, about for 2-3 minutes to achieve a grilled flavor.
