Ingredients
- 1 pc Fuji or Red Apple cut into medium dice (bite-size)
- 1 pc Ripe Mango cut into medium dice (bite-size)
- 100 gms Cherry Tomatoes cut into halves
- 2-4 leaves Romaine Lettuce rinsed, patted dry, wilted outer discarded
Miso Cilantro Dressing
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 4 tbsp Japanese Miso fermented soybean paste
- 1 small Red Chili fresh
- 3 tbsp Calamansi Juice
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Start with the cilantro-miso dressing. Place all the ingredients except canola oil in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until pureed and smooth. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream.
- Arrange the salads on the plate and generously toss with the dressing.
