Indulge in this No-Bake Orange Chocolate Cheesecake, where luscious chocolate meets the bright, citrusy sweetness of fresh orange in every creamy bite. With its silky texture and perfectly balanced flavors, this effortless dessert is rich, refreshing, and impossible to resist.
INGREDIENTS:
Biscuit Base
- 1 ¼ cup Digestive Biscuits, crushed
- 100 grams Unsalted Butter, melted
Gelatin Mixture
- 4 tsp Knox Gelatin
- 200 ml Whipping Cream
Cheesecake Mixture
- 300 grams Cream Cheese
- ¾ cup caster sugar
- 100 ml Whipping Cream
- 250 grams Dark Chocolate, melted
- 2 tsp Zest of Orange
- 3 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
Chocolate Sauce
- ¼ cup Dark Chocolate, melted
- 3 tbsp Whipping Cream
Zest of 1 Orange, for garnish
PROCEDURE:
- Crush the digestive biscuits in a food processor and then transfer them to a bowl. Add the melted butter and mix until the mixture clumps together.
- Place a cake board inside a 9-inch cake pan. Put the digestive biscuits. Press them down and chill in the fridge to set.
- Using a small saucepan, add the 200 ml whipping cream and gelatin. Whisk until the granules of the gelatin are dissolved. Turn to low heat and continue to whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Strain the gelatin to make sure it is free from lumps.
- Continue making your cheesecake. Using a stand mixer, add the cream cheese and sugar. Mix until creamy and smooth. Add the whipping cream, melted dark chocolates, gelatin mixture, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix it again until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the biscuit base. Spread the mixture to make it even.
- Chill in the freezer for 2 hours or until firm.
- Carefully remove the cheesecake from the cake pan and cake board.
- For the decoration, combine the melted chocolate and whipping cream. Mix until well combined.
- Put the chocolate sauce in a piping bag. Pipe the sauce on top of the cheesecake.
- Garnish it with orange zest.
